This is a joint rally with the Eastern NC unit (ENCU).

Activities and meals take place in the building unless otherwise stated.

FRIDAY: 4:00PM Happy hour bring your beverage of choice and a snack to share, registration for rally $3 per rig, $5 per person; children 12 and under are free. Supper on your own or with friends. You can use the club kitchen and dining area if you want to join as a group for supper.

7:30PM Relax and visit.

SATURDAY 7:30AM Breakfast thanks to the ENCU breakfast chefs. Bring your tableware and coffee cup. Registration is open. Remember to fly your flag!

9:00AM SC Executive Board Meeting followed directly after by the SC General Membership Business Meeting. AM/PM Activity details will be available by the meeting. Please see the Jelly Stone website for the list of available activities. They do have fishing so you can bring your gear.

4:00 PM Attitude adjustment. Bring your favorite beverage, adult or otherwise, and a snack to share.

6:00 PM BBQ dinner with all the trimmings will be provided by the SCCU. Please bring your tableware and beverage of choice.

7:30PM Bingo.

SUNDAY 8:00AM Breakfast by the ENCU Worship service will be available. The details are not known at this time.

2010 Directory Update The directories have either been mailed or will be available at the rally.

Region 3 Rally April 27 to May 2 at the Fairgrounds in Ladson. This is right off of I-26 north of Charleston. More information will be available at the upcoming rally and on the website. Please let Carol and Rick Bell know if you can help with any of the following volunteer opportunities. They can be reached 3485csbell@embarqmail.com

Greeters: This is folks that “greet” the Airstreams as they arrive on grounds. Usually there is a goodie bag and a tri-fold program that is given at this time. Has nothing to do with parking but is usually in the same area.

Building Security: Mostly this is folks who make sure that people are checked as they attend functions to be sure they have the proper ribbon for the rally.

Space Co-coordinator: I f someone makes a request for an area for a meeting or gathering this person assigns a space for them.

Bulletin Board: We have the boards we need someone to decorate them.

Bull Pen, Flag Men, and Scooter Patrol: These are connected with parking. Arleigh Wells is parking co-chair with John Guy. You could check with Arleigh for more info on exactly what these folks do. We need chairs for the committees as well as committee members. Any help you can offer will be appreciated.
